Money-Back Guarantee — Terms and Conditions

Overview

Bulletproof Test Prep ("BTP," "we," "us," or "our") stands behind the quality of its exam preparation platform. To be eligible for our Money-Back Guarantee, you must complete each of the steps described below before and after your licensing exam. This guarantee applies to candidates preparing for the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE) and is separate from and independent of any enrollment in any qualifying education program.

1. Definitions

• "Practice exam" refers to the simulated testing modules provided within the BTP platform.
• "Full-length" refers to a practice exam that contains the complete number of questions and time limit as the actual NHIE.
• "Score report" refers to the official document issued by the testing provider indicating the pass/fail status and performance metrics of your exam.
• "Official documentation" refers to a digital PDF copy of the score report issued directly by the testing provider.
• "Exam date" refers to the date on which you sit for the actual National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE).

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the BTP Money-Back Guarantee, you must satisfy ALL of the following conditions.

2.1 Guarantee Registration

You must register for the guarantee by submitting a completed Guarantee Registration Form prior to your exam date. The form requires your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and your scheduled or anticipated exam date. Eligibility is not automatic upon purchase. You must actively register.

No Guarantee Registration After Exam Failure: Registration submitted after an exam attempt will not be accepted.

2.2 Practice Exam Requirement

You must pass five (5) full-length BTP practice exams with a score of 75% or higher on each. Your fifth and final qualifying practice exam must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days immediately before your actual exam date. Completion records are tracked within your BTP account.

Only full-length practice exams count toward eligibility. Partial exams, quizzes, or custom exams do not qualify.

Technical Integrity: Only completion records stored within the BTP platform will be accepted as proof of practice exam completion.

2.3 Taking the NHIE

You must sit for and attempt the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE) administered by the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors (EBPHI) or its authorized testing provider.

The Money-Back Guarantee applies only to your first attempt at the NHIE.

2.4 Reporting Your Exam Outcome

Within thirty (30) calendar days of your exam date, you must notify BTP of your exam result and submit official documentation (e.g., a digital PDF copy of the score report) issued by the testing provider. Self-reported results without official documentation will not be accepted.

3. How to Submit a Refund Claim

If you satisfy all conditions in Section 2 and did not pass your exam, email your refund request to support@bulletprooftestprep.com. Include your full name, email address used at registration, and phone number, and attach your official score report. We will verify your eligibility within ten (10) business days of receiving all required documentation. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within seven (7) business days of approval.

4. Refund Amount

Approved claims receive a full refund of the original purchase price paid for BTP. Refunds do not include third-party fees, taxes, or charges not collected by BTP.

5. Exclusions

You are not eligible for a refund if any of the following apply:

• You did not register for the guarantee before your exam date
• You did not pass five full-length practice exams at 75% or higher
• Your fifth qualifying practice exam was completed more than thirty (30) calendar days before your exam
• You did not sit for the NHIE
• You passed the exam
• You submitted your claim more than thirty (30) calendar days after your exam date
• You failed to provide official documentation of your result
• You accessed BTP through an unauthorized or promotional channel (e.g., purchasing via third-party aggregators instead of directly via bulletprooftestprep.com)
• Your account shows evidence of fraudulent activity or misuse

6. Use of Information and Consent

By registering for the Money-Back Guarantee, you consent to BTP collecting and retaining your name, email address, phone number, exam date, and exam outcome for the purpose of administering this guarantee. If you pass your exam, BTP may contact you to request a voluntary testimonial. Providing a testimonial is entirely voluntary and has no bearing on any refund eligibility. 8. General Terms

This guarantee may be redeemed only once per customer per initial purchase and is non-transferable. The refund is the sole and exclusive remedy under this program; BTP's liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid. BTP makes no warranty that use of the platform will guarantee a passing score on any licensing exam. BTP reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time; changes will not apply retroactively to customers who registered before the modification's effective date.

Platform Access Termination: Upon issuance of a refund, your access to BTP will be terminated.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this guarantee shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas.

Name Matching: The name used for Guarantee Registration must match the name on the official exam score report.

No Multiple Accounts / No Shared Accounts: Accounts must be used by a single individual. Use of multiple accounts, shared accounts, or accounts created to circumvent eligibility requirements voids the guarantee.

No Verbal Modifications: No verbal or informal communication from BTP staff or representatives modifies these Terms.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
