We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Services

Bulletproof Test Prep provides educational materials and practice questions designed to help users prepare for the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE) and related state-specific licensing exams. Our services include:

Important: Our practice materials are designed to supplement your exam preparation. We do not guarantee that using our services will result in passing any examination. Exam content, format, and requirements are determined by the respective examination bodies and may change without notice.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card information.

Refund Policy

5. Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree NOT to:

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content solely for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

7. Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Exam Results: Our services are study aids only. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding your performance on any examination. Success on examinations depends on many factors beyond our control.

Content Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, exam requirements and content may change. We recommend verifying current examination requirements with the appropriate licensing authorities.

"As Is" Service: Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulletproof Test Prep and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services
• Failure to pass any examination
• Any matter beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bulletproof Test Prep and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through our services

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@bulletprooftestprep.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving your notice.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bulletproof Test Prep regarding your use of our services.
